Merry Christmas and Farewell to Departing students!

Hi Everyone,

As we approach the festive season and the end of this semester, we wanted to take a moment to extend our warmest wishes to each of you and to bid a heartfelt farewell to those of you departing from our exchange program.

The past few months have been a whirlwind of discovery, growth, and shared experiences. Each of you has brought a unique flavor to our English exchange program, making our community vibrant, diverse, and full of learning opportunities.

This week, we had a festive Christmas party in ISI. We listened to Christmas songs from countries around the world, played board games and ate lots of sweets! Students won chocolate selection boxes. It was a great chance for departing students to say goodbye to their friends.

For those of you returning to Ireland in January, we hope you are looking forward to Term 2. Your experiences here in term one have helped shape our community, and your contributions are invaluable in making our exchange program a beacon of cultural understanding and friendship. As we say goodbye to this year and anticipate the start of a new one, let’s carry the lessons learned and the friendships made. Together, let’s embark on the upcoming year with renewed enthusiasm and determination!

From all of us at ISI, enjoy your Christmas holidays and we look forward to seeing you in January! Enjoy your well-deserved break from school and have a wonderful time at home with your friends and family.

From the High School team,
Bruna, Jessica, Maebh, Michelle and Sarah
