ISI adopts best practice in the provision of guardianship services to overseas students in Irish secondary schools. Working with ISI ensures the highest standards of provision<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t

ISI Dublin was a founding member of the Association of Guardianship Providers Ireland<\/a> (AGPI).<\/p>\n

We guarantee the following standards:<\/p>\n

Inspections<\/h2>\n

ISI Dublin is an accredited institution which undergoes regular inspections by government recognised accreditation organisations.<\/p>\n

Legal entities<\/h2>\n

ISI Dublin is legally established to operate in Ireland.<\/p>\n

Insured<\/h2>\n

ISI Dublin has adequate Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance.<\/p>\n

Financially stable<\/h2>\n

ISI Dublin is in good financial standing and maintains professional financial records.<\/p>\n

Tax compliant<\/h2>\n

ISI Dublin is tax compliant.<\/p>\n

Human resources<\/h2>\n

ISI Dublin legally employs a dedicated and qualified team to look after international students with a staff\/student ratio of at least 1:30.<\/p>\n

Systems & policies<\/h2>\n

ISI Dublin has documented and inspected systems and policies in place, which guarantee the quality, efficiency and professionalism, from the application stage, right through to the departure of the international student, ensuring student welfare, pastoral care, academic progress, and personal safety.<\/p>\n

Communications<\/h2>\n

ISI Dublin adopts a collaborative communicative approach, connecting the young person, their parents, the overseas agent, the school, the host family and the guardianship provider. Student progress reports are issued monthly.<\/p>\n

Vetting<\/h2>\n

All High School staff and host families have been Garda (police) vetted.<\/p>\n

Training<\/h2>\n

All staff in the ISI Dublin High School team have undergone Child Safeguarding Training, with at least one staff member who has undergone Designated Liaison Person (DPL) training.<\/p>\n

Safety<\/h2>\n

ISI Dublin only places students in host families who have been inspected and have undergone Garda (police) vetting (every 3 years).<\/p>\n

24\/7<\/h2>\n

ISI Dublin provides a 24\/7 emergency telephone service.
\nReal contact: Staff at ISI Dublin meet each student on a one-to-one basis, at least once per month to monitor progress and deal with any issues the student may have.<\/p>\n

Child protection<\/h2>\n
