Three months down, kids!

Alice, Anastasia, Charles, Cesare, Matilda, Finja, Silvia and Gesa

Hey guys, I hope Ireland is treating you all well so far. We’re very proud of all your achievements since you arrived here, it has only been three months, but time is flying and you are all doing so well and have already done so much. There was a midterm break, Christmas exams – for some of you – Halloween, work experience, trips, parties and a lot more to come…

Now is time to start preparing for Christmas, the time of the year that we’re all a big fan of. Most of you are returning to your home countries so that would be great for the ones that are feeling a bit homesick – I imagine that most of you are. And on the way back, there will be a whole new semester full of experiences and surprises waiting for you. But first things first, make the most of the time with your family and your loved ones during the magical time.

In other news, I would like to say that we’re very happy to see you all embracing the Irish lifestyle, joining sport clubs, gyms, football stadiums, events, etc.
At the beginning of this week, we saw our student Charles on the local newspaper, and it made us all so proud. Congrats on that, Charles! You did great!

We have so many students doing some sports and this is exactly what we want to see you guys doing. Making friends, using well your time in Ireland, experiencing new things, etc. And in case any of you need some tips regarding finding a club, just give me a shout and I’ll be happy to help you with that. There are plenty of volleyball, basketball, handball, and football clubs around town.

I hope you are all having a great week! Keep safe and don’t forget to bring an extra jacket and it’s freezing out there.

Love,
From the High School Team
Bruna, Emilio, Maebh and Sarah
