Cancellation & Refunds

HIGH SCHOOL PROGRAMMES

Please notify us promptly in case of booking cancellation. Cancellation fees apply as outlined below:

• More than 30 days before arrival: The initial deposit will be retained or become payable if not already paid.
• Less than 30 days before arrival: All payments made or due shall be retained or become payable accordingly.

Once the course has commenced, ISI Dublin does not provide refunds. No refunds are issued for missed days, late arrivals, early departures, or public holidays.

For students requiring a visa, bookings are confirmed upon full fee payment. If a visa is denied, all course fees will be refunded except for administrative fees.
