Teenager programme Ireland: Mid-Term Social Programme🙌

ISI Mid-term Social Programme

Hi everyone!

We hope you all enjoyed your well-deserved midterm break in Secondary school in Ireland.

Let’s have a look back on your week off school where you visited different places in Ireland, celebrated Valentines Day, spent time with friends and some of you even travelled home to spend some time with your family!

During the week, many of you took part in the ISI mid-term social programme:

1. Dublin Scavenger Hunt:

Our adventure began with a lively scavenger hunt around the vibrant city of Dublin. Exploring the charming streets, deciphering clues, and unraveling the city’s secrets brought us closer together. It was a fantastic way to discover Dublin’s hidden gems. Niklas was the winner of our scavenger hunt and managed to get a photo with each landmark on the hunt! Well done Niklas 😊

2. Croke Park Stadium and GAA Museum:

For a taste of Ireland’s rich sports culture, we ventured to Croke Park Stadium and the GAA Museum. The echoes of Gaelic games’ history resonated through the stadium as we learned about Ireland’s traditional sports from our enthusiastic tour guide. Students even had a chance to try their hand at Gaelic sports, it was a great immersive experience. We did the “Skyline” tour which gives one of the most scenic views of the capital, here in Dublin.

3. Majestic Cliffs of Moher, Co. Clare:

Students enjoyed a day trip to the iconic Cliffs of Moher in County Clare. The cliffs and the vast expanse of the Atlantic Ocean provided a beautiful backdrop and students enjoyed taking lots of great photos. It was a moment to connect with nature, capture stunning views, and appreciate the wonders that Ireland has to offer.

As you all return to school, let’s continue to work hard and make the most of the opportunities your schools have to offer. It won’t be long until the Easter break, so make sure to start thinking about your plans for that time off school!

Thank you to everyone who made this midterm break unforgettable! Here’s to the second half of the term filled with enthusiasm, cultural exchange, and shared adventures.

We hope you have a lovely weekend and a great week ahead!

From us here on the High School Team,
Maebh, Michelle, Jessica and Bruna.
