Meet the ISI Dublin team. We have won the prestigious Study Travel English Language School Europe Award three times – 2014, 2016 and 2018. As a team we are dedicated to being the best in everything we do.
Senior Operations Manager
Trish has been working with ISI since 2011 starting in accommodation and then expanding into the High School Programme Management before becoming Operations Manager. She has a BA in Psychology and is also our student welfare officer. More recently she has completed a diploma in Human Resources. Trish says the best part about ISI is the special atmosphere created by wonderful staff and students.
High School Programme Manager
Sarah has worked on the High School Programme at ISI since 2016. Before that, she graduated from Dublin City University with a degree in Applied Languages and Translation Studies. As part of her studies, Sarah spent an Erasmus year in the south of France where she attended university. After her studies at DCU, Sarah returned to France for an academic year where she taught English to high school students. She then spent two years living and working in Vancouver, Canada. Sarah has a passion for both language and travel, always searching for the next country to visit! She loves working with the team at ISI and having the opportunity to welcome amazing teenagers to the High School Programme each year.
Junior Programme Manager
Karen started in ISI in 2015 as Accommodation Officer and has since moved into the Junior Programmes Department. Karen has taught English and lived abroad in the past and understands how it feels to move to a new country and learn a new language. She has a BA in Anthropology and Greek & Roman Civilisation and a Diploma in early years care and education with Montessori. She thinks the best thing about ISI is the great team ethic.
Sales and Partnership Manager
Zivile has been working with ISI Dublin since 2014. She started as an intern on reception and since then has held several roles, including Junior Programmes and Summer Camp manager and, most recently, Sales and Partnerships Manager. Before moving to Ireland in 2011, she obtained a bachelors degree in Public Administration. Zivile is a keen traveller and has visited over 30 countries. Naturally, the favourite part of her job is attending language travel industry workshops, fairs and meeting partner agents abroad. The best thing about being a part of ISI team, Zivile says, is working in an incredibly warm, welcoming and supportive environment.
